Advisory Board (FASAB) has released
for public comment an exposure draft of
a proposed Interpretation, Guidance on
Recognizing Liabilities Involving
Multiple Component Reporting Entities:
An Interpretation of SFFAS 5.
The proposed Interpretation is
available on the FASAB website at
https://www.fasab.gov/documents-forcomment/. Copies can be obtained by

Respondents are encouraged to
comment on any part of the exposure
draft and to provide the reasons for their
positions. Written comments are
requested by January 17, 2019, and

The Centers for Medicare &
Medicaid Services (CMS) is announcing
an opportunity for the public to
comment on CMS’ intention to collect

concerning each proposed collection of
