This information is necessary to ensure a vessel qualifies for the designation of ORV under 46 CFR part 3 and 46 CFR part 14, subpart D. Forms: N/A. Respondents: Owners or operators of certain vessels. Frequency: On occasion. Hour Burden Estimate: The estimated burden has increased from 25 hours to 36 hours a year due to an increase in the estimated annual number of respondents.
