SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This
meeting is being held under the
provisions of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act (FACA) of 1972 (5
U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the
Government in the Sunshine Act of
1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and
41 CFR 102–3.140 and 102–3.150.
Purpose of the Meeting: The Advisory
Committee on Arlington National
Cemetery is an independent Federal
advisory committee chartered to provide
the Secretary of the Army independent
advice and recommendations on
Arlington National Cemetery, including,
but not limited to, cemetery
administration, the erection of
memorials at the cemetery, and master
planning for the cemetery. The
Secretary of the Army may act on the
Committee’s advice and
recommendations.
Agenda: The Committee will receive
reports from subcommittees and
deliberate proposals for commemorative
monuments and ANC capacity and
eligibility considerations.
Meeting Accessibility: Pursuant to 5
U.S.C. 552b and 41 CFR 102–3.140
through 102–3.165, and the availability
of space, this meeting is open to the
public. Seating is on a first-come basis.
The Arlington National Cemetery
conference room is readily accessible to
and usable by persons with disabilities.

DFO may choose to postpone

the meeting that is subject to this notice.
After reviewing the written comments,
the President and the DFO may choose
to invite the submitter to orally present
their issue during an open portion of
this meeting or at a future meeting. The
DFO, in consultation with the DHB
President, may allot time for members of
the public to present their issues for
review and discussion by the DHB.

The purpose of this Computer
Matching Agreement (CMA) is to verify
eligibility for DoD/U.S. Coast Guard
(USCG) members of the Reserve forces
who receive Veterans Affairs (VA)
disability compensation or pension to
receive, in lieu and upon election,
military pay and allowances when
performing reserve duty.
DATES: Comments will be accepted on or
before November 13, 2018. This
proposed action will be effective the day
following the end of the comment
period unless comments are received
which result in a contrary
determination. The life of this CMA is
estimated to cover the 18-month period
from October 30, 2018 through April 29,
2020.
