Agency: U.S. Census Bureau. Title: 2020 Census. The clearance requested from OMB is for all data collection operations in the 2020 Census. The initial Federal Register Notice described the 2020 Census in full. Approval for the 2020 Census is being sought from OMB in phases. This Federal Register Notice will provide details about the 2020 Census Address Canvassing operation only. This is the operation that creates the address list for the census, which precedes census enumeration data collection. The remaining operations scoped for the 2020 Census, as listed below, will be described in detail in a future Federal Register Notice for an additional 30-day comment period, and the full census description will be considered as a substantive change to the approved OMB materials.
