    Take notice that on September 12, 2018, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2) 
of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of 
Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207(a)(2) (2018), EnLink Crude 
Pipeline, LLC, filed a petition for Declaratory Order seeking approval 
of the overall tariff rate structure and terms and conditions of 
service, including the proposed priority service prorationing
