They will also review information provided by the Council’s PO 00000 Frm 00006 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 47605 Herring PDT, the results from recent Atlantic herring benchmark stock assessment and using the acceptable biological catch (ABC) control rule selected by the Council, recommend the overfishing level (OFL) and the ABCs for Atlantic herring for 2019–21. Other business will be discussed as needed. Although non-emergency issues not contained in this agenda may come before this group for discussion, those issues may not be the subject of formal action during these meetings.
