The Exchange has requested that the Commission waive the 30-day operative delay so that the proposed rule change may become operative upon filing. Waiver of the operative delay would allow the Exchange to promptly relocate the Pricing Schedule rules and continue to reorganize its Rulebook to promote efficiency and structural consistency between the Exchange’s rules and those of the Affiliated Exchanges.
