AGENCY:
The Gulf of Mexico Fishery
Management Council will hold a twoday meeting of its Standing, Reef Fish
and Socioeconomic Scientific and
Statistical Committees (SSC).
DATES: The meeting will convene on
Tuesday, October 2, 2018, from 8:30
a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Wednesday,
October 3, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15
p.m. EDT.

Magnuson-Stevens Fishery
Conservation and Management Act,
those issues may not be the subject of
formal action during this meeting.
Actions of the Scientific and Statistical
Committee will be restricted to those
issues specifically identified in the
agenda and any issues arising after
publication of this notice that require
emergency action under Section 305(c)
of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery
Conservation and Management Act,
provided the public has been notified of
the Council’s intent to take action to
address the emergency.

The North Pacific Fishery
Management Council (Council) and its
advisory committees will meet October
1, 2018 through October 9, 2018.
DATES: The Council will begin its
plenary session at 8 a.m. in the Aleutian
Room on Wednesday, October 3, 2018
continuing through Tuesday, October 9,
2018. The Scientific and Statistical
Committee (SSC) will begin at 8 a.m. in
the King Salmon/Iliamna Room on
Monday, October 1, 2018 and continue
through Wednesday, October 3, 2018.
The Council’s Advisory Panel (AP) will
begin at 8 a.m. in the Dillingham/
Katmai Room on Tuesday, October 2,
2018 and continue through Friday,
October 5, 2018. The Ecosystem
Committee will meet on Tuesday,
October 2, 2018 in the Birch/Willow
room from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
