trustees or issuers of Coverdell
Education Savings accounts to report
contributions and rollovers to these
accounts to beneficiaries.
Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to the form at this time.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organization.
Estimated Number of Responses:
315,500.
Estimated Time per Response: 7
minutes.
Estimated Total Annual Burden
Hours: 37,860.
