Summary: The Outer Continental
Shelf Lands Act, as amended, authorizes
the Coast Guard to promulgate and
enforce regulations promoting the safety
of life and property on OCS facilities.
These regulations are located in 33 CFR
chapter I subchapter N.
Need: The information is needed to
ensure compliance with the safety
regulations related to OCS activities.

been approved to gauge petroleum and
certain petroleum products and
accredited to test petroleum and certain
petroleum products for customs
purposes for the next three years as of
May 25, 2017.
DATES: Intertek USA, Inc. (Gonzalez,
LA) was approved and accredited as a
commercial gauger and laboratory as of
May 25, 2017. The next triennial
inspection date will be scheduled for
