collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
DATES: The proposed information
collection was previously published in
the Federal Register, on July 2, 2018,
allowing for a 60-day comment period.
Comments are encouraged and will be
accepted for an additional 30 days until
October 10, 2018.

Component: Bureau of Alcohol,

or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract:
Primary: Business or other for-profit.
Other: Individuals or households, and
farms.
Abstract: This information collection
requires specific transactions for
licensee/permittees and holders of user
permits. These requirements are
outlined in 27 CFR part 555.103 in order
to comply with the Safe Explosives Act.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 50,000
respondents will respond once to this
collection, and it will take each
respondent approximately 30 minutes to
complete each response.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: The estimated annual public
burden associated with this collection is
25,000 hours, which is equal to 50,000
(total respondents) * 1 (# of response
per respondent) * .5 (30 minutes).
