Musical Theater Songwriting Challenge
for High School Students, or other
agency initiatives for youth. This entry
is issued by the National Endowment
for the Arts and contains the following
information: (1) The title of the form; (2)
how often the required information
must be reported; (3) who will be
required or asked to report; (4) what the
form will be used for; (5) an estimate of
the number of responses; (6) the average
burden hours per response; (7) an
estimate of the total number of hours
needed to prepare the form. This entry
is not subject to 44 U.S.C. 3504(h).
The Application Form, for which
clearance is requested, is used to gather
basic information from youth applying
to Poetry Out Loud, the Musical Theater
Songwriting Challenge for High School
Students, or other agency initiatives for
youth. Information is needed to verify
eligibility for the program and to
facilitate judging of the entries.

The ACRS Subcommittee on Planning
and Procedures will hold a meeting on
September 6, 2018, 11545 Rockville

The meeting will be open to public
attendance.
The agenda for the subject meeting
shall be as follows:
Thursday, September 6, 2018—12:00
p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The Subcommittee will discuss
proposed ACRS activities and related
matters. The Subcommittee will gather
information, analyze relevant issues and
facts, and formulate proposed positions
and actions, as appropriate, for
deliberation by the Full Committee.

provide oral statements and/or written
comments should notify the Designated
Federal Official (DFO), Quynh Nguyen

should provide the DFO with a CD
containing each presentation at least
thirty minutes before the meeting.

meeting that are open to the public. The

conduct of and participation in ACRS
meetings were published in the Federal

agenda, whether the meeting has been

DFO. Moreover, in view of the
possibility that the schedule for ACRS
meetings may be adjusted by the
Chairman as necessary to facilitate the
conduct of the meeting, persons
planning to attend should check with
the DFO if such rescheduling would
result in a major inconvenience.
