Abstract: On May 18, 2016, the EPA proposed the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES): Applications and Program Updates rule (81 FR 31343). The Spring 2018 Regulatory Agenda explained that the EPA would be finalizing the proposed rule in two separate but related actions.
