SUMMARY: The National Endowment for
the Arts (NEA) has submitted the
following public information collection
request (ICR) to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995:
NEA Funding Reporting
Requirements—Final Descriptive
Reports FY2019 and later. Copies of this
ICR, with applicable supporting
documentation, may be obtained by
visiting www.Reginfo.gov.

from the date of this publication in the

particularly interested in comments

collection of information is necessary

agency’s estimate of the burden of the

other forms of information technology,
e.g., permitting electronic submissions
of responses.

Final Descriptive Reports elicit
relevant information from individuals,
nonprofit organizations, and
government arts agencies that receive
funding from the National Endowment
for the Arts. According to OMB 2 CFR
part 200, recipients of federal funds are
required to report on project activities
and expenditures. Reporting
requirements are necessary to ascertain
that grant projects have been completed,
and that all terms and conditions have
been fulfilled.
