The locomotive has its original glass in the cab, consisting of 13 separate windows. SFBR 23 has been operating for the past 73 years in and around the same area of San Francisco, and the glass has remained intact without damage. SFBR maintains 5 miles of Class 1 track with a maximum allowable speed of 10 miles per hour.     Under part 211 of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations 
(CFR), this provides the public notice that by a letter dated June 18,
