AGENCY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act that the Arkansas Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a meeting on Friday September 7, 2018 from 1–5 p.m. Central time. The Committee will hear public testimony as part of their study of civil rights and mass incarceration in the state.
