Specifically, Woodward, Inc., Fort Collins, CO, and Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., Kanagawa, JAPAN, have been added as parties to this venture. Also, Chery Automotive Co., Ltd., Wuhu Anhui, PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, has withdrawn as a party to this venture.
