of recognition. The Assistant Secretary
will make the final decision on granting
the applications. In making this
decision, the Assistant Secretary may
undertake other proceedings prescribed
in Appendix A to 29 CFR 1910.7.
OSHA will publish a public notice of
this final decision in the Federal
Register.

the Paperwork Reduction Act. This
program helps to ensure that requested
data can be provided in the desired

financial resources) is minimized,
collection instruments are clearly
understood, and the impact of collection
