Access to records in the system is limited to authorized personnel who have a need to access the records in the performance of their official duties, and each person’s access is restricted to only the functions and data necessary to perform that person’s job responsibilities. System administrators and authorized users for DOI are trained and required to follow established internal security protocols and must complete all security, privacy, and records management training, and sign DOI Rules of Behavior. SUMMARY: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Alaska State Office is 
issuing a call for nominations and comments on all available tracts for 
leasing for the upcoming National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska (NPR-A) 
2018 Oil and Gas Lease Sale.

DATES: BLM Alaska must receive all nominations and comments on the 
available tracts for consideration on or before August 20, 2018.

ADDRESSES: Mail nominations and/or comments to: State Director, Bureau 
of Land Management, Alaska State Office, 222 West 7th Avenue, Mailstop
