ACTION: License amendment request;
opportunity to comment, request a

intervene.
AGENCY:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) is considering
issuance of an amendment to Facility
Operating License No. NPF–90 for the
Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (Watts Bar or
WBN), Unit 1. The proposed
amendment would modify the Watts
Bar, Unit 1, Technical Specifications
(TSs) to extend Surveillance
Requirements (SRs) 3.3.1.5, 3.3.2.2, and
3.3.6.2.
DATES: Comments must be filed by
August 15, 2018. Requests for a hearing
or petitions for leave to intervene must
be filed by September 14, 2018.
