SUMMARY: The Coast Guard announces a public meeting to receive comments 
on a proposal to revise a rule entitled ``Regulated Navigation Area; 
Savannah River, Georgia'', which was published in the Federal Register 
on September 10, 2007 (72 FR 51555). The purpose of this public meeting 
is to determine the need to revise the regulated navigation area to 
address changes at the facility.
