via teleconference to 20 participants on

A limited number of seats will be

(Commerce) preliminarily determines
that common alloy aluminum sheet
(aluminum sheet) from the People’s
Republic of China (China) is being, or is
likely to be, sold in the United States at
less-than-fair value (LTFV). We invite
interested parties to comment on this
preliminary determination.
