Attorney General has delegated his
authority under the Controlled
Substances Act to the Administrator of
the Drug Enforcement Administration
(DEA), 28 CFR 0.100(b). Authority to
exercise all necessary functions with
respect to the promulgation and
implementation of 21 CFR part 1301,
incident to the registration of
manufacturers, distributors, dispensers,
importers, and exporters of controlled
substances (other than final orders in

applied to be registered as an importer
of the Schedule I controlled substance
Tetrahydrocannibinols (7370).
The company plans to import the
controlled substance in bulk for the
manufacture of analytical reference
material which, in its final form, is an
exempted product.

The National Endowment for
the Humanities will hold six meetings
of the Humanities Panel, a federal
advisory committee, during July 2018.
The purpose of the meetings is for panel
review, discussion, evaluation, and
recommendation of applications for
financial assistance under the National
Foundation on the Arts and Humanities
Act of 1965.
