Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (FEMA–
4339–DR), dated September 20, 2017,
and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is
hereby given that, in a letter dated May
23, 2018, the President amended the
cost-sharing arrangements regarding
Federal funds provided under the
authority of the Robert T. Stafford
Disaster Relief and Emergency
Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.
(the ‘‘Stafford Act’’), in a letter to Brock
Long, Administrator, Federal Emergency
Management Agency, Department of
Homeland Security, under Executive
Order 12148, as follows:
I have determined that the damage in the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico resulting from
Hurricane Maria during the period of
September 17 to November 15, 2017, is of
sufficient severity and magnitude that special
cost-sharing arrangements are warranted
regarding Federal funds provided under the
Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and
Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et
seq. (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’).
Therefore, I amend my declarations of
September 20, 2017, September 26, 2017,
November 2, 2017, and February 23, 2018, to
authorize a 90-day extension of the period of
100 percent Federal funding for emergency
power restoration and a 120-day extension of
the period of 100 percent Federal funding for
emergency temporary power support and
Sheltering and Temporary Essential Power
(STEP).
(The following Catalog of Federal Domestic
Assistance Numbers (CFDA) are to be used
for reporting and drawing funds: 97.030,
