instrument. The climate is assessed
using a DLA-developed assessment on
current strategic initiatives. As a result,
the DLA Culture/Climate Survey
provides an opportunity to engage DLA
employees and leaders in thoughtful,
data-driven discussions that lead to
informed action and improve our
collective organizational performance.
Affected Public: Individuals or
households.
Frequency: Biennially.
Respondent’s Obligation: Voluntary.
