Discussion The NRC is issuing for public comment a draft plant-specific Supplement 58 to the GEIS for license renewal of nuclear plants, NUREG– 1437, regarding the renewal of operating license NPF–47 for an additional 20 years of operation for RBS. Supplement 58 to the GEIS includes the preliminary analysis that evaluates the environmental impacts of the proposed action and alternatives to the proposed action. The NRC’s preliminary recommendation is that the adverse environmental impacts of license renewal for RBS are not so great that preserving the option of license renewal for energy-planning decisionmakers would be unreasonable. AGENCY: Peace Corps.

ACTION: 60-Day notice and request for comments.

SUMMARY: The Peace Corps will be submitting the following information 
collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for 
review and approval. The purpose of this notice is to allow 60 days for 
public comment in the Federal Register preceding submission to OMB. We 
are conducting this process in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction 
Act of 1995.

    General Description of Collection: The Peace Corps uses the 
Coverdell World Wise Schools Connections Forms to collect essential 
administrative information from educators and group leaders to use to

educator. It is Paul D. Coverdell World Wise Schools' fundamental 
source of information from educators.
