    Take notice that on May 23, 2018, pursuant to section 206 of the 
Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 824e and Rule 206 of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 
18 CFR 385.206, New England Power Generators Association (Complainant) 
filed a formal complaint against ISO New England Inc. (Respondent)
