Take notice that on May 3, 2018,
Athens Energy, LLC, filed a request To
vacate the August 25, 2017 Letter Order
Accepting for filing the Notice of
Cancellation of its Market-Based Rate
Tariff.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
