FEMA received 14 anonymous public comments that were not relevant to the information collection. FEMA noticed a mistake in the number of respondents that results in a change from what was published on February 14, 2018, at 83 FR 6611. The number of respondents has changed from 3,120 to 6,120. FEMA also noted a mistake in the total annual respondent cost from $19,240.00 to $26,299.60. The purpose of this notice is to notify the public that FEMA will submit the information collection abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance. Collection of Information Title: Post Disaster Survivor Preparedness Research. Type of Information Collection: New information collection. OMB Number: 1660—NEW. Form Titles and Numbers: FEMA Form 519–0–54, Post Disaster Survivor Preparedness Research. Abstract: Through improved understanding of the relationship between an individual’s preparedness knowledge, actions, and perception and self-efficacy, FEMA will be able to draw some conclusions as to how these factors contribute to and/or hinder lifesaving responses and short and longterm recovery, with a focus on historically underserved communities.
