Justification: This proposal would rescind $133 million in prior year balances of which there were slightly more than $133 million available on October 1, 2017. These funds were enacted to pay extended unemployment insurance benefits to railroad workers. The program expired on December 31, 2012 and the remaining funding is no longer needed. Enacting the rescission would not have any programmatic impact on the program. TIME AND DATE: The Marine Mammal Commission and its Committee of 
Scientific Advisors on Marine Mammals will hold a public meeting on 
Tuesday, 29 May 2018, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Wednesday, 30 May 
2018 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; and Thursday, 31 May 2018, from 8:30 
a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
