This description is in addition to the
descriptions contained in the Federal
Register notices published on October
19, 1965, July 31, 1985 (as corrected on
December 16, 1985), and September 20,
1991, and includes all buildings,
structures, installations, and parcels of
real property therein.
Notices stating the pertinent
prohibitions of §§ 860.3 and 860.4 and
the penalties of § 860.5 will be posted at
any entrances of the above-referenced
areas and at intervals along their
perimeters where 10 CFR part 860 is to
be implemented, as provided in § 860.6.

Order: Buckeye Pipe Line Company,
L.P., Laurel Pipe Line Company, L.P.
Take notice that on April 30, 2018,
pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2) of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission’s
(Commission) Rules of Practice and
Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207(a)(2) (2017),
Buckeye Pipe Line Company, L.P.
(Buckeye) and Laurel Pipe Line
Company, L.P. (Laurel) (collectively,
Buckeye/Laurel) filed a joint petition for
a declaratory order seeking approval of
the overall tariff rate structure and terms
and conditions of service for a new
service to be provided by using
expanded Buckeye capacity, and by
developing new bi-directional capability
on the Laurel system, all as more fully
explained in the petition.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
