requests to establish a tolerance in 40
CFR 180.226 for residues of the
herbicide, diquat (6,7-dihydrodipyrido
[1,2-a:2′1′-c] pyrazinediium), and its
metabolites in or on Crop Group 6C,
dried shelled pea and bean (except
soybean) at 0.9 parts per million (ppm).

measure and evaluate the chemical
