SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: AGENCY: BILLING CODE 3510–WH–P VerDate Sep<11>2014 Date accepted for investigation Background On January 2, 2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the AD order on potassium permanganate from China PO 00000 Frm 00004 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 for the period January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017.1 On January 26, 2018, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(b), Carus Corporation (the petitioner), requested a review of the AD order with respect to the following two companies: (1) Chongqing Changyuan Group Limited; and (2) Pacific Accelerator Ltd.2 On March 16, 2018, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i), Commerce initiated an administrative review of the AD order on potassium permanganate from China with respect to these companies.3 On March 28, 2018, the petitioner timely withdrew its request for an administrative review of both companies, Chongqing Changyuan Group Limited and Pacific Accelerator Ltd, named in the petitioner’s Review Request.4 No other party requested a review. Rescission of Review Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1), Commerce will rescind an administrative review, in whole or in part, if the party that requested the review withdraws its request within 90 days of the publication date of the notice of initiation of the requested review. The petitioner withdrew its request for review within the 90-day deadline.
