I. Introduction
The Commission gives notice that the
Postal Service filed request(s) for the
Commission to consider matters related
to negotiated service agreement(s). The
request(s) may propose the addition or
removal of a negotiated service
agreement from the market dominant or
the competitive product list, or the
modification of an existing product
currently appearing on the market
dominant or the competitive product
list.
Section II identifies the docket
number(s) associated with each Postal
Service request, the title of each Postal
Service request, the request’s acceptance
date, and the authority cited by the
Postal Service for each request. For each
request, the Commission appoints an
officer of the Commission to represent
the interests of the general public in the
proceeding, pursuant to 39 U.S.C. 505
(Public Representative). Section II also
establishes comment deadline(s)
pertaining to each request.

I. Self-Regulatory Organization’s
Statement of the Terms of Substance of
the Proposed Rule Change
The Exchange proposes to update
Rule 6090(a)(4)(ii) to note the expiration
date of the pilot program for the listing
and trading of options settling to the
RealVolTM SPY Index (‘‘Index’’). The
text of the proposed rule change is
available from the principal office of the
Exchange, at the Commission’s Public
Reference Room and also on the
Exchange’s internet website at https://
boxoptions.com.
II. Self-Regulatory Organization’s
Statement of the Purpose of, and
Statutory Basis for, the Proposed Rule
Change
In its filing with the Commission, the
self-regulatory organization included
statements concerning the purpose of,
and basis for, the proposed rule change
and discussed any comments it received
on the proposed rule change. The text
of these statements may be examined at
the places specified in Item IV below.
The self-regulatory organization has
prepared summaries, set forth in
Sections A, B, and C below, of the most
significant aspects of such statements.
A. Self-Regulatory Organization’s
Statement of the Purpose of, and the
Statutory Basis for, the Proposed Rule
Change
1. Purpose
The purpose of the proposed rule
change is to notify market participants
of the May 6, 2018 expiration date of the
pilot period for the listing and trading
of options settling to the RealVolTM SPY
Index (‘‘Index’’). This filing does not
propose any substantive changes to the
listing and trading of options settling to
the RealVolTM SPY (‘‘the RealVolTM SPY
Pilot Program’’ or ‘‘Pilot Program’’). The
Exchange has not yet begun to list or
trade options settling to the RealVolTM
SPY Index; should the Exchange choose
to re-instate the Pilot Program then it
will submit a new proposed rule change
with the Commission at a later date.
2. Statutory Basis
The Exchange believes that the
proposal is consistent with the
requirements of Section 6(b) of the Act,3
in general, and Section 6(b)(5) of the
Act,4 in particular, in that it is designed
