incorrect case number associated with
the antidumping duty (AD) order on
silicomanganese from China (i.e.,
incorrect case number A–570–864). The
correct case number associated with the
AD order on silicomanganese from
China is A–570–828. This notice serves
as a correction notice.
This correction is published in
accordance with sections 751(c), 752(c)
and 777(i) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as
amended.

The Petitions
On March 28, 2018, the U.S.
Department of Commerce (Commerce)
received antidumping duty (AD)
Petitions concerning imports of glycine
from India, Japan, and Thailand, and
countervailing duty (CVD) Petitions
concerning imports of glycine from the
People’s Republic of China, India, and
Thailand filed in proper form on behalf
of GEO Specialty Chemicals, Inc., and
Chattem Chemicals, Inc. (the

petitioners).1 The petitioners are
domestic producers of glycine.2
On April 2, 6, and 10, 2018,
Commerce requested supplemental
information pertaining to certain areas
of the Petitions.3 The petitioners filed
responses to these requests on April 4,
5, 9, 10, and 11, 2018.4 On April 10,
