comply with this requirement could
result in Commerce’s presumption that
reimbursement of antidumping duties

of doubled antidumping duties.
Notification Regarding Administrative
Protective Order
This notice also serves as a reminder
to parties subject to administrative
protective order (APO) of their
responsibility concerning the
disposition of proprietary information
disclosed under APO in accordance
with 19 CFR 351.305(a)(3). Timely
written notification of the return or
destruction of APO materials or
conversion to judicial protective order is
hereby requested. Failure to comply
with the regulations and the terms of an
APO is a sanctionable violation.
This notice is issued and published in
accordance with sections 751(a)(1) and
777(i)(1) of the Act and 19 CFR
351.213(d)(4).

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The MidAtlantic Fishery Management Council’s
Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish
Advisory Panel and Committee will
meet on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 in
Linthicum, MD. The purpose of this
meeting is to review development of the
chub mackerel amendment and to
develop recommendations to the MidAtlantic Fishery Management Council
on management alternatives and other
aspects of the amendment. The
amendment will consider adding
Atlantic chub mackerel (Scomber colias)
to the Atlantic Mackerel, Squid, and
Butterfish Fishery Management Plan.
The amendment will consider potential
catch limits, accountability measures,
and other conservation and management
measures required for stocks ‘‘in the
fishery.’’ A detailed agenda and
background documents will be made
available on the Council’s website
(www.mafmc.org) prior to the meeting.
