Take notice that on March 23, 2018,
pursuant to Rule 204 of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission’s
(Commission) Rules of Practice and
Procedure, 18 CFR 385.204, Green River
Devco LP filed a petition for temporary
waiver of the tariff filing and reporting
requirements of sections 6 and 20 of the
Interstate Commerce Act and parts 341
and 357 of the Commission’s regulations
with respect to a crude petroleum
gathering system it owns in Weld
County, Colorado, as more fully
explained in the petition.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
