Take notice that on February 28, 2018,
Xcel Energy Services Inc. filed a request
to change the accounting for the
transmission related billings under the
Restated Agreement to Coordinate
Planning and Operations and
Interchange Power and Energy between
Northern States Power Company
(Minnesota) and Northern States Power
Company (Wisconsin).
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to

ACTION: Notice of information collection
and request for comments.
AGENCY:
In compliance with the
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission
(Commission or FERC) is soliciting
public comment on the currently
approved information collection FERC–
725F (Mandatory Reliability Standard
for Nuclear Plant Interface
Coordination) and submitting the
information collection to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review. Any interested person may file
comments directly with OMB and
should address a copy of those
comments to the Commission as
explained below. The Commission
published a Notice in the Federal
Register in Docket No. IC18–3–000 (82
FR 60980, December 26, 2017)
requesting public comments. FERC
received no comments in response to
the Notice and is indicating that in its
submittal to the OMB.
DATES: Comments on the collection of
information are due April 27, 2018.
