The Complaint Files and Log (18–08–
02) system of records notice was
published in the Federal Register on
June 4, 1999 (64 FR 30106, 30145–
30146). This system of records was
merged and consolidated with the
system of records entitled ‘‘Case
Information System’’ (18–08–01) (64 FR
30106, 30143–30145) on March 15, 2004
(69 FR 12248–12251), and the system
was renamed ‘‘Complaint Files and Log
