The Guidelines revision reflects the most current thinking and practices of the Division of Dam Safety and Inspections. The Guidelines can be found in Docket Number AD18–6–000. The full text of the Guidelines can be viewed on the Commission’s website at https:// www.ferc.gov/industries/hydropower/ safety/guidelines/eng-guide/chap11.asp. The Guidelines impose no new legal obligations and grants no additional rights. In response to the draft Guidelines, Commission staff received comments from federal and state agencies, licensees whose portfolio includes arch dams, independent consultants and inspectors, and other interested parties.
