This notice also serves as a reminder
to importers of their responsibility
under 19 CFR 351.402(f)(2) to file a
certificate regarding the reimbursement
of antidumping duties prior to
liquidation of the relevant entries
during this review period. Failure to
comply with this requirement could
result in Commerce’s presumption that
reimbursement of antidumping duties
occurred and the subsequent assessment
of double antidumping duties.
We are issuing and publishing this
notice in accordance with sections
751(a)(1) and 777(i)(1) of the Act.

This notice advises the public
that a direct take permit has been issued
pursuant to section 10(a)(1)(A) of the
Endangered Species Act of 1973 (ESA)
for a program rearing and releasing
summer steelhead in the Wenatchee
River basin of Washington state
(Columbia River basin). The permit is
issued to the Public Utility District of
Chelan County and the Washington
Department of Fish and Wildlife.
DATES: The permit was issued on
December 26, 2017, subject to certain
conditions set forth therein. Subsequent
to issuance, the necessary
countersignatures by the applicants
were received. The permit expires on
December 31, 2027.
