Therefore, through this document we
are withdrawing that direct final rule.
DATES: The direct final rule published at
82 FR 58122 on December 11, 2017 is
withdrawn effective March 7, 2018.

Fluopicolide; Pesticide Tolerances
Environmental Protection

ACTION: Final rule.
AGENCY:
This regulation establishes
tolerances for residues of fluopicolide in
or on multiple commodities which are
identified and discussed later in this
document. In addition, this regulation
removes several previously established
tolerances that are superseded by this
final rule. Interregional Research Project
Number 4 (IR–4) requested these
tolerances under the Federal Food,
Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
DATES: This regulation is effective
March 7, 2018. Objections and requests
for hearings must be received on or
before May 7, 2018, and must be filed
in accordance with the instructions
provided in 40 CFR part 178 (see also
Unit I.C. of the SUPPLEMENTARY
INFORMATION).
