The system is accessed from an internet browser using the Agency’s secured portal and requires a user to have an established log-in name and password. RECORD ACCESS PROCEDURES: Individuals seeking access to information in this system of records about themselves should make a written request to the Freedom of Information Act Office. Requesters are required to provide adequate identification (e.g. driver’s license, military identification card, employee badge or identification card). SUMMARY: In accordance with the requirements of the Comprehensive 
Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as 
amended (``CERCLA''), notice is hereby given of the proposed settlement 
under CERCLA, between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 
(``EPA''), the State of South Dakota (``State''), and Agnico Eagle 
Mines Limited (``Lessee''). The proposed Settlement Agreement provides 
for the performance of work by Lessee and the payment of certain
