Petitioner requests an exemption to fly
a mixed formation of 13 aircraft on a
predetermined route along the Potomac
River and over the Air Force Memorial
to commence the celebrations of the
British Royal Air Force’s 100th
anniversary. Seven of the thirteen
aircraft in the formation are in the
experimental aircraft category.
