The information collection notice was
previously published in the Federal
Register on November 13, 2017, at 82
FR 53515, allowing for a 60-day public
comment period. USCIS did receive two
comments in connection with the 60day notice.

Written comments and suggestions from
the public and affected agencies should
address one or more of the following
four points:
(1) Evaluate whether the proposed

whether the information will have
practical utility;
(2) Evaluate the accuracy of the
agency’s estimate of the burden of the
proposed collection of information,
including the validity of the
methodology and assumptions used;
(3) Enhance the quality, utility, and
clarity of the information to be
collected; and
(4) Minimize the burden of the
collection of information on those who
are to respond, including through the
use of appropriate automated,
electronic, mechanical, or other
technological collection techniques or

Request: Revision of a Currently
Approved Collection.
(2) Title of the Form/Collection:
Notice of Appeal of Decision Under
Section 210 or 245A.
(3) Agency form number, if any, and
the applicable component of the DHS
sponsoring the collection: I–694; USCIS.
(4) Affected public who will be asked
or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract: Primary: Individuals or
households. USCIS uses the information
provided on Form I–694 in considering
the appeal from a finding that an
applicant is ineligible for legalization
under section 210 and 245A of the Act
or is ineligible for a related waiver of
inadmissibility.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: The estimated total number of

collection I–694 is 15 and the estimated
hour burden per response is 1.5 hours.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.
AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Federal Land Policy and Management
Act of 1976, and the Federal Advisory
Committee Act of 1972, the U.S.
Department of the Interior, Bureau of
Land Management’s (BLM) Southeast
Oregon Resource Advisory Council
(RAC) will meet as indicated below.
DATES: The Southeast Oregon RAC will
hold a public meeting on Thursday,
March 15, 2018, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Pacific Daylight Time, and Friday,
March 16, 2018, from 8 a.m. to 12:00
p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. A public
comment period will be available from
10:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. on Friday,
March 16, 2018.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The 15member Southeast Oregon RAC is
chartered and appointed by the
Secretary of the Interior. The members’
diverse perspectives are represented in
commodity, conservation, and general
interests. The RAC provides advice to
BLM resource managers regarding
management plans and proposed
resource actions on public lands in
southeast Oregon. All meetings are open
to the public.
Agenda items for this meeting include
election of 2018 officers;
recommendations of management
approaches for areas identified by BLM
as lands with wilderness characteristics
as part of the Vale and Lakeview
Districts’ respective resource
