airport land from aeronautical use to non-aeronautical use and to 
authorize the lease of airport property located at Akron-Canton 
Airport, North Canton, OH. The aforementioned land consists of a 
partial release of Parcel ID 00 (4.53 acres) and Parcel ID 38 (27.051 
acres) which is not needed for aeronautical use. The parcels are
