abstract: Primary: Individuals or
households. The Form AR–11SR,
Alien’s Change of Address Card, has
been used to report changes of address
of aliens subject to ‘‘special registration’’
requirements contained in INA 263 and
8 CFR 264.1(f).

respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: The estimated total number of
respondents for the information
collection AR–11 (paper) is 170,306 and
the estimated hour burden per response
