Purpose of the Board: The purpose of
the Board is to make recommendations
to DOE–EM and site management in the
areas of environmental restoration,
waste management, and related
activities.
Note: There are no program-specific
regulations for the Part A AANAPISI, Part A
NASNTI, and Part A PBI programs or any of
the Part F, Title III programs. Also, there have
been amendments to the HEA since the
Department last issued regulations for the
programs established under Titles III and V
of the statute. Accordingly, we encourage
each potential applicant to read the
applicable sections of the HEA in order to
fully understand the eligibility requirements
for the program for which they are applying.
