The Water Quality Certificate was amended to reflect the change in the Angler Use Survey schedule. Under the proposal, Lake Angler Surveys at Richardson and Mooselookmeguntic Lakes will be conducted in 2019, then next in 2024 and every five years thereafter. The River Surveys at Upper Dam Pool, Rapid River, and Magalloway River will be conducted in 2021, and again in 2026, and every five years thereafter. l.
