Abstract: VA Form 22–8794 provides

submit to VA any new hours or changes
in the enrollment of their VA students.

unless it displays a currently valid OMB

1549.

Type of Review: Reinstatement of a
Previously Approved Collection.
Abstract: These forms are used by
veterans to apply to change his/her plan
of insurance from a higher reserve to a
lower reserve. The information on the
form is required by law, 38 CFR
Sections 6.48 and 8.36. This form was
allowed to expire due to high level of
work volume and staffing changes.
An agency may not conduct or
sponsor, and a person is not required to
respond to a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The Federal Register

soliciting comments on this collection

opportunity for public comment on the

Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of

publish notice in the Federal Register
concerning each proposed collection of
information, including each proposed
extension of a currently approved
collection, and allow 60 days for public
comment in response to the notice.
